I was disappointed with the misleading room description. I booked a full lake view, but received a partial view obstructed by a building. The customer service was unhelpful, insisting it was an upgrade. This experience left me feeling scammed and frustrated.

Amazing stay after the wedding!
We stayed one night after our wedding and it was pure bliss! The room was super clean, modern, and just gorgeous. The comfy bed had amazing sheets. Loved the little extras like a cocktail making kit and bath salts. One bummer was the lack of a lake view, but honestly, everything else made up for it!

Had an awesome stay! The sauna and outdoor pool were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The parking was a bit cramped, but it didn’t really take away from the overall experience—definitely recommend checking it out! 🌟

Our family enjoyed an indulgent stay here, soaking in the spectacular view of Lake Wakatipu. We loved the spacious room with funky decor and unique wooden key design. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, including the little ones!
My kids wished there was a kids' play area. Access to the pool was fine, but a dedicated space for children would be great to keep them entertained.

Do recommend for a cursory stop
Modern room, spacious bathroom, with lovely views from the lake view room of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range, while the hotel's friendly staff made check-in seamless and the breakfast selection offered enough variety for a good start to the day.
Nothing to improve.

It was just a smart choice for a concise stay in Queenstown with all in all brilliant value for money. The views across the lake to the snow capped mountains were superb, taking hundreds of photos of the amazing landscape. Be prepared for a bit of a walk into town but it's worth it.

The staff at QT impressed me from the start. They greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The views from my Lake King room were breathtaking, making every morning a pleasure. I loved the spacious layout and the comfortable bed. Streaming music through the Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offered a delightful variety. I could start my day off on the right foot. However, there were a few inconveniences. I noticed some noise from the rooms above, likely due to thin walls, which interrupted my peace at times. The bar area felt a bit off without a cozy atmosphere, and the music was notably loud, making it hard to relax. I expected better service at the bar since it seemed understaffed during peak hours. It would also be great if fresh milk was available for in-room coffee instead of the UHT packs. These small details would really enhance the experience.

Absolutely adored our stay! The Remarkable Lake View room was stunning, and waking up to that vista literally took my breath away. The Dyson hair dryer was a fancy touch. I felt posh just using it!
However, the curtains were more of a tease than a shield—woke up way too early. And don't even get me started on the breakfast display. empty trays at 9:15 am—oh dear!

Couple cozy stay
The views from the Lake King were amazing, just fine! And the breakfast at Bazaar was really good, I mean, they had everything you'd want for waking up right, ya know?
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
